Whistleblow
Whistleblowing is a process that enables MCT Brattberg's employees, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report violations of the law, MCT Brattberg's Code of Conduct, or other serious misconduct within MCT Brattberg.
Why is whistleblowing important?
It is of great importance to MCT Brattberg to protect the company, our employees, suppliers, customers, the environment, and society as a whole from serious misconduct that may be committed by MCT Brattberg or its employees (including temporary employees).
When serious misconduct is detected at an early stage, MCT Brattberg has a better opportunity to prevent risks and minimize potential harm. This benefits not only MCT Brattberg but also our employees and other stakeholders.
MCT Brattberg has therefore established a dedicated whistleblowing channel through which serious misconduct can be reported.
